In France, we are fond of a very simple pastry: “la tarte fine.”
All it takes is four ingredients:
1) puff pastry
And that’s it!
In the oven for 30 min at 390° F, and you don’t even have to let it completely cool before enjoying it at its best.
The most difficult part might be to make the puff pastry (or to find a good one).
